ALL NEW and RETURNING FAMILIES must print and complete the required registration forms. The registration forms have been created on a PDF fillable format. We recommend you use the Registration Checklist to track your progress and read all instructions carefully. Make sure to complete and sign all the forms in the required sections as incomplete packets will not be processed. If you have any questions, please contact the school office.
